I provide this statement to enable the receipt of promotional communications exempt from the restriction on promoting non-mainstream pooled investments. I acknowledge that this allows me to receive financial promotions that may not have obtained approval from authorised and regulated entities within the jurisdiction of Thomas Kelly Holdings PLC or my place of residence, employment, or trade.
This exemption pertains to self-certified experienced and sophisticated investors, and I confirm my eligibility based on at least one of the following statements:
(a) I am a member of a network or syndicate of business angels and have held this status for the preceding six months from the date of this statement.
(b) Within the two years preceding this statement, I have made more than one investment in an unlisted company.
